Rapid CNC is a fully equipped Sheboygan Falls machine shop with manual machines and the CNC machines described below. Tool and Die Equipment: Milling, Drilling, Turning, TIG Welding, Surface Grinding, drill sharpening, and CAM (computer aided manufacturing).

Tree 1050E Vertical Machining Center It can handle almost any job since it has 40 x 24 inches of table travel, 29 inches to the spindle, and a 24 pocket tool changer. Mold making is possible with the use of MasterCam.
Mazak CNC lathe With high accuracy and quick programming even one-offs can be turned at low cost.
LeBlond CNC lathe This is a well built, heavy duty US made machine. With a 19” swing and 55” between centers I can competitively price small parts as well as large in almost any quantity.
Trak CNC knee mill While this is an older CNC it has had very little use and is extremely accurate.
