TG100 Collet Stand Bench Model. This bench top or drawer set covers all available fractional inch sizes 1/8 thru 1 inch, holds 64 collets in all. Seven spaces are intentionally left blank and can be used for your extra collets. When assembled is two units 8 inch deep 12.38 inch wide. The height to the top of the collets is no more than 2-5/8 inches. Collets are not included.

Wall Model

TG100 Collet Rack Wall Model This set is predrilled to mount on any vertical surface and holds 64 collets, screws included. Engraved for all available fractional inch sizes by 64ths of an inch 1/8 thru 1 inch, plus 7 blank pockets for extra collets. Consists of eight 2 x 12 inch pieces with eight pockets each. Two strips hold collets from 1/8 inch to 1 inch by 16ths (like the 1/16ths set), 2 strips have 32nds of an inch from 5/32 to 31/32, and four strips hold all 64ths from 9/64 to 63/64.

TG 100 End Mill Sizes. Consists of one 2x12 inch row marked for end mill sizes: 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, & 1, OR 2 each of: 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, & 1. Comes with screws for wall mounting. To use on a benchtop or drawer you must purchase the legs shown on the bottom of this page.
